Surety Bonds, Inc. was founded on a simple principle: provide expert surety bond guidance with exceptional personal service. For decades, the agency built its reputation by focusing exclusively on surety bonds and developing trusted relationships with contractors, businesses, and surety companies throughout Ohio and beyond.

On October 1, 2025, a new chapter began when Adam Schlade purchased the agency from Mark Drengler. Adam is committed to preserving the values and reputation that Mark established while continuing to grow the agency to meet the evolving needs of today's contractors and business owners.

As President of Surety Bonds, Inc., Adam brings years of surety industry experience and a passion for helping clients succeed. Under his leadership, the agency remains proudly independent and dedicated exclusively to surety bonds, allowing clients to benefit from specialized expertise, strong relationships with leading surety companies, and personalized solutions tailored to each business.

While ownership has changed, our mission has not. We remain committed to earning our clients' trust every day through integrity, responsiveness, and expert guidance, helping them secure the bonding support they need to build with confidence.
